Rates
Self pay rate: $100 per session.

Initial consultation is at no charge and will be restricted to 20 minutes by phone only.

Insurances accepted include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Advantage Care Network, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, UBH, United Healthcare, Texas Crime Victims Compensation, Optum, and others. Call for specific information.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee of $50. If your insurance does not allow cancellation fees you will be allowed 2 missed sessions before your service is cancelled with our office. Request a therapy appointment online .
